Mr. Stephen Essoun is the Group Executive Chairman of LION HEAD GROUP OF COMPANIES LTD (Hi-Lynks Communication Ltd, The Makers Electronics Co. Ltd, Black Star Press Ltd, YES Trading Ltd and AD Essentials Ltd).
He holds a First Degree in Psychology and Linguistics from the University of Ghana, Legon (UG), a Master of Art in Media Management from the Ghana Institute of Journalism (GIJ) and a Master of Art in Organisational Leadership and Governance from the University of Ghana Business School (UGBS).
Mr. Essoun worked with Glico General Insurance as a Marketing and Underwriting officer, Coca Cola Bottling Company of Ghana as a Business Development Officer (Area Account Developer), Events and Promotions Manager at Global Media Alliance and also The Multimedia Group Ltd and after Coca Coca Equitorial Africa as Project Manager (M&E).
Mr. Essoun has over 15 years of experience in the media marketing space.

Mrs. Akua Saah Essoun

Mrs. Akua Saah Essoun (formerly Akua Saah Owusu-Sechere) is married to Mr. Stephen Essoun with three children namely, Fidel Nana Kwabena Essoun, Maame Adwoa Ewool Essoun, and Denzel Oheneba Kwame Essoun.
She begun her basic education at the Kaneshie Presby Preparatory School and with a stering performance, gained admission into Achimota Senior High School. She holds a first degree in Psychology and study of Religion from the University of Ghana, Legon and a Master of Art, Management and Administration from the University of Ghana Business School. Mrs. Essoun worked with Kelvino Ltd, Nestle Ghana as a Brand Promoter, Achimota Hospital as a Record Officer and Amasaman Municipal Assembly as a Revenue Officer.

An accomplished Chartered Marketer and a Chartered Management Consultant by profession, George E. Gyamfi-Osew is the immediate past Director of Operations at the National Lottery Authority, having served as the pioneer Marketing and Sales Director of NLA (2003 - 2011) and subsequently as Director, Special Projects (2011-2013). George is a former Vice President of Manet International Corporation, a real estate developer.
Before joining the then Department of National Lottery (DNL), George was a Managing Partner of George and Associates, a Business Strategy Consulting firm. He is the Chairman of Tempo Estates.

Prof Gyamfi is an Associate Professor of Applied Statistics at the Accounting & Finance Department of the GIMPA Business School. He obtained a PhD in Statistics from the University of Venda in South Africa, an MSc in Statistics from the University of Warwick in the UK, a PgDip in Mathematical Sciences from Stellenbosch University in South Africa and a BSc in Mathematics from KNUST in Ghana. His research works have been published in reputable international peer-reviewed journals.
Prof Gyamfi is a strategist, he understands the business climate of Ghana due to the numerous consultancy services he has provided for businesses in Ghana. He is also a Senior Research Fellow with the Environment for Development (EfD) Ghana and a member of the South African Statistical Association (SASA), Ghana Statistical Association (GSA) and the African Association of Environmental and Resource Economists (AFAERE).
